DipCon 2012 Voting

It is time to put together bids for hosting DipCon in 2012.  The
tentative schedule for bids and voting will be as follows:
July 1 - Deadline to inform the DipCon Committee that you intend to submit a bid
Aug 1 - Deadline to submit complete bid to the DipCon Committee
Sept 1-14 - Open online voting for DipCon by members of the DipCon Society.

The reason we are starting the process early is that DipCon 2011 is
not until November, and we want to make sure bids for tournaments held
early in 2012 have ample time to prepare.

As a reminder, I have included below the information that needs to be
provided as part of a complete DipCon bid.  I look forward to seeing
the bids.

The DipCon Committee
Adam Silverman
Bob Holt
Conrad Woodring
Jim O'Kelley
Joe Wheeler
